• Metabolic Restoration (MR)  is an 8 week small group Course offered to  participants who have been screened for the presence of Insulin Resistance (lab work, history and physical findings) and then teaching them a low carbohydrate high fat (LCHF) way of eating.

• IF YOU ARE TAKING PRESCRIBED MEDICATIONS: DRUGS FOR YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE or for your BLOOD SUGAR (especially INSULIN) or any other MEDICATIONS YOU MUST BE FOLLOWED BY A MEDICAL PHYSICIAN BEFORE YOU EMBARK ON THIS WAY OF EATING.
