Do not go out and buy a special robe! You can wear what you have on right now.

You don't  have sit on a special cushion or find yourself a chiming bowl (a what?). Sit comfortably - where you are right now.

There is no need to learn how to chant and you do not have to start signing off your emails with 'Namaste'... of course you can do all these things if you'd like.....but you don't need any of it...

The practice of meditation is simple!
